You have chosen to send your new/unworn crowdfunded item(s) back to Rens Original and receive a new pair after evaluation for a fee of $20.

• Print the return form found via the button below.
• Complete the return form and cut out the mailing label.
• Box up your new/unworn item with original packaging.
• Enclose the return form in your parcel.
• Ship your Rens via the courier of your choice to:
• Rens OriginalMechelininkatu 600100 Helsinki, Finland
• Upon evaluation of your sneakers as new/unworn, you will receive a $99 credit for use on the Rens Original webshop.
• An additional $20 will be needed to purchase a new pair and will be used to cover return shipping costs. Rens Original will cover the rest of the costs associated with shipping your new pair.

Please note: Rens Original cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. It is recommended that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. Rens Original is not responsible for returns until they are received in our headquarters. Rens will be launching to coffee-heads and sneaker-addicts all over the globe in May.
